1. The Service

auwo glas (glas.auwo.ai) turns Bulgarian voice recordings into a table or text, and turns text into a synthetic Bulgarian voice. Provided by Vaklin Stoynovski (natural person), Burgas, Bulgaria, under the auwo brand — audit@auwo.ai.

2. Free use and more minutes

A free account includes 20 minutes of audio per month (the length of recordings plus the length of generated voices, by Sofia time). Unused minutes do not roll over. A paid plan with 10 hours a month is being prepared; for now it is requested on the “More minutes” page and the price is agreed in writing.

3. Check the result

Recognition and arrangement are automatic and can be wrong — especially names, product names and numbers. Review the result (each one has “What was heard”) before sending an order, quote or document. The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy; our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months (for free use, reasonable direct damages as far as the law allows), except for intent or gross negligence.

4. Rules

• Do not upload recordings you have no right to process, or use the Service for unlawful content, harassment or fraud.
• Do not use generated voices to suggest that a specific real person is speaking, and do not remove the “generated” label from files you publish.
• Do not overload the Service (automated requests, circumventing the minutes limit). We may limit or suspend an account for abuse.

5. Your content

Recordings, texts and results stay yours. You permit us only to process them to provide the Service. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted — see the privacy page. You may use generated voices commercially (ads, phone systems, video), subject to section 4.

6. Changes and ending

We may change or stop the Service; we will announce material changes to these terms on the site. You may stop using it and delete your data at any time.

7. Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court; mandatory consumer rights remain.
